*Job Details:- Position:* Technical Recruiter/ Sr. Technical Recruiter- US Staffing *Job Location:* Nallakunta,Hyderabad *Job Timings:* 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Mon-Fri)- US Shift, Sat & Sun are fixed Off. *Role & Responsibilities:-* \* Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications. \* Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc) \* Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description \* Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. \* Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position. \* Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement. \* Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position. \* Arranging client interviews and completing required paper
