US IT Recruiter / Marketing / Sales (Immediate hiring)

Marketing bench IT resources to prime vendors and direct clients.
Maintaining and strengthening existing relationship with Vendors & Clients.
Establishing relationship with new Vendors & Clients.
Handle calls from internal IT resources on bench.
Senior resources should motivate and train junior resources.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, and ability to Innovative and improvise on marketing process.
Prior experience in marketing Bench IT resources will be huge plus.
Prior experience in maintaining and developing Vendor & Client relationships.
Good understanding of the various technologies and the ability to understand the consultant resumes and understand the requirement.
Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing process (for Contract & full-time positions).
Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic & result oriented.
