Should be a graduate from a good university
Should be a master of MS Excel (Mandatory)
Should have good knowledge of all back end operations knowledge.
Should know entire administration and office correspondence
Should have good knowledge of excel , Word internet and emails,
Maintain polite and professional communication by phone, email, and regular mail
? Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
? Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
? Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
? Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
? Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Salary Rs 15000/- to 18000/-
Location : Central Kolkata
