Job Description:
Senior Developer with 3-5 years of experience
- Strong programming skills in general
- Hands-on development experience in Java/J2EE/Spring/Hibernate
- Good at database design, writing optimal SQL queries
- Some experience in server configuration/infrastructure setup involving HTTP servers, web servers, databases
- Should be able to schedule and manage application releases
- Should be able to interact with clients to understand user issues/bugs and discuss change requests
- Should be able to mentor team members and guide them in technical issues and basic task management
- Willing to learn additional technologies that may be required on the project, such as Flex, Javascript, media streaming, application virtualization.
