• Lead a team of 3 to 5 Sales & Service Engineers
• Market and sell medical equipment to doctors / surgeons at hospitals and clinics in the entire state
• Explore new avenues of business development
• Develop relationships with existing and new dealers / sub-dealers
• Demonstrate products to patients at home, rent / sell products, provide after sales service
• Cold calling, Generate leads, Follow up on leads generated through internet or any other resources
• Study relevant medical journal articles and present to doctors
• Study relevant products, technologies and clinical background to educate patients in making the right choice
• Establish and maintain relationships with key doctors and other health care staff
• Participate in health camps or any other sales / marketing / promotional activities as required
• Regularly analyze the competition in the Market
