Profiles: BP-ERM (Business Partner -Exclusive Relationship Manager)
CTC: Upto 13 Lac

Requirements:
People with CA opening background working in a private sector bank and their basic kra is as under
1. Open quality NTB CA & trade account (min 5 pm) and bring casa bal average per account 10 lakh in next 3 months of opening

2. Trade activate the above CA

3. Do BBG and LAP cases

4. TFX target of minimum 3.50 lakhs pm ( 3rd month onwards )

5. Reach average re-occurring fee revenue of 5 lakhs pm ( 6 months onwards )

Target profiles for Exclusive RM (wealth):
1.) Focus on super HNI clients in terms of relationship & acquisition.

2.) Meeting the revenue & income targets thru cross sell of TPP products to HNI clients.

3.) Com. skills has to be really good.

4.) Should have worked in Delhi NCR market
