Job Description

Responsibilities and Achievements
Managing residential sales with team handling in high end segment luxury projects
Driving sales & handling teams during new launches including some branded designer properties
Market and competition research and analysis, liasoning with various senior stakeholders and functions including Customer care & Marketing to improve site level activities and customer experience
Negotiations with clients for deal closures to drive sales revenues
Relationship building with HNI clients and BTL sales planning and activities to deliver the brand experience
Business development for luxury residences through various sales channels like direct & NRI client servicing, loyalty & referral vertical, channel partner networks, forging partnerships with investors & corporations

Salary : Negotiable
