· Well Versed about bucket 1 portfolio for entire Delhi NCR Ensuring minimum flow and maximum collections.
· Coordinating with builders for payments, direct focus on conversion of high ticket customers.
· Work on inter departmental relations and resolve cases with disbursement related issues.
· Ensure zero overdue in non starter and first payment default customers.
· Reduction of the overall overdue portfolio.
· Handling Process, strategy for collections reporting into National collections manager.
· Driving team towards achieving their individual goals which will in turn help achieve comp
