DESIRED EXP : The applicant should have experience in retail branch banking sales, customer service and operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To build a portfolio of CASA, Term Deposits and Investments Products as per the business objectives of the branch.
2. To implement high levels of quality of customer service initiatives to ensure client retention.
3. Review branch operation reports, vault register reports, audit reports, branch registers on a regular basis and ensure necessary implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
4. Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations & procedures.
