• Provide full general ledger maintenance, reconciliation support for all accounts in India including monthly inter-company reconciliations and support all related entities. Timely and accurate reporting, preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Full third party AR and AP responsibilities, including invoicing, payable, client and vendor management, follow up on collections and monthly reporting in accurate and timely manner.
• Monthly cash flow analysis and reporting, bank reconciliations, payment processing, petty cash management & cash receipts and reimbursement processing.
• Accounting for payroll on a monthly basis, monthly payment of TDS tax, Professional tax, EPF, ESI and related quarterly and annual filing including TDS certificate, regulate employee IT and F&F settlement.
• Knowledge in Indian GAAP, direct and indirect tax & equity accounts
