Job Description:

-Primary objective is to drive maximizes collections representative effectiveness by determining and solving training needs.
-Prepares new tele collections representatives by conducting orientation to collections process.
-Developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance.
-Scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
-Determines training needs by traveling with collections representatives.
-Observing collections encounters.
-Studying collections results reports.
-Conferring with collections managers.
