kills/Expertise Required: Technical Skills-

Client communication in Japanese (Email, Audio call, Video call)
Team management (Allocation of tasks, setting tasks’ priorities), Should be able to lead team of 8-10 people.
Project Management (Task scheduling, support to end-user on concerns regarding system)
Technical Mentoring (Code review, guidance on algorithms and technical challenges faced by team)
Knowledge of Linux(not mandatory but will be helpful)
Should be able to read/write/understand technical documents.
Technical knowledge : Database(Oracle), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET(not mandatory)
Japanese : N2 or above. is a must, Should be able to communicate with customer.
