Job Description:
1. The ideal candidate should be able to handle the entire recruitment life cycle from IT requirement gathering to placing the on-bench consultants
2. Submit the consultants for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates & client interviews
3. Should have experience in various techniques of identifying the potential requirements on portals, networking sites.
4. Should be able to negotiate the bill rate & pay rates with vendors.
5.Market them with best billing Rate and find long-term projects for them.
