KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Making Outbound Survey Calls to Customers.
• Following the Quality Parameters lay down by the Company.
• Attaining, daily, weekly and monthly targets specified by the process.
• Adhering to schedule prescribed by the Team Leader.
• Excellent Team Player
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/AGE 0-1 year or more
QUALIFICATION Minimum HSC Passed
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 0-1 year of experience working in International Call centre.
COMPETENCIES • Fluency In English
• Good communication Skill
• Good Attention to detail
• Quick Learner
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to prioritize and produce quality results.
