Job Description

• The incumbent must be able to think through and execute a thorough marketing and sales strategy for the company's business centers.
• He will have the overall responsibility of ensuring a 100% occupancy level across the business centers at targeted prices.
• Some of the activities and tasks to achieve this objective will include strategizing and developing cost effective marketing campaigns that target the right clientele ,developing and maintaining excellent relationships with channel partners and clients, continuously monitoring and closing sales leads, developing thorough pricing strategies based on market realities, ensuring contract renewals of existing clients, dealing with various stakeholders of the communications industry like PR firms, advertising agencies, website development companies among others, organizing and leading broker events, providing key market insights
