- Willingness to work in shifts – (Day shifts for Female employees)
- Must have good command on English skills.
- Minimum 12th, / Diploma Holders / Graduate in any stream.

- Basic knowledge of computers

Position : Customer Support Associate – Voice Process-English-200
Fixed Gross Salary : Rs. 10,000/- per month
Plus +Variable Incentives : Rs.1000/- to Rs.2000/- per month

Position : Customer Support Associate – Voice Process-Hindi-300
Fixed Gross Salary : Rs. 7000/- per month
Plus +Variable Incentives : Rs.800/- to Rs. 2000/- per month
