1)Conduct interviews.

2)Conduct interview drives in office and at consultancies.

3)Should maintain all vendor data and good rapport with vendors.

4)Should be well-versed with life cycle of recruited employee.

5)Should maintain data base of recruited candidates.

6)Should know how to make reports in Excel.

Note: The candidate needs to be excellent communication and should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
