Position : Oracle Apps Technical Consultant
you will be responsible for the following:
* Providing post implementation support to the customers with Oracle Apps R12 and Tax engine Integration.
* Understand the functional/Technical problems faced by customers, define them clearly and find a workable and acceptable resolution.
* Troubleshoot and resolve simple to highly complex technical issues related to Oracle Applications.
* Directly interact and work with customers and achieve high level of Consistent Customer Satisfaction.
* Experience in PL/SQL, writing reports, forms and debugging
* Good exposure to E-Business Financial Suite
* Good understanding of O2C and P2P cycles
* Strong application support experience with Oracle Financial modules: AP & AR with good knowledge of PO, OM and PA modules
* Expertise in using Oracle development tools in Oracle apps 11i and R1
