Wanted HR Executive: for Mumbai location
for one of the leading Flexible Packaging material manufacturing company.
Salary: Rs. 3.75 lakhs to 4.50 lakhs p.a.
Experience: Min 2 to 5 years required
Education: he/she must be MBA/MSW/MCom HR

Job Details:
Working closely with Management and team leads to train, plan, coordinate and facilitate them. Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Annual performance management, promotions, performance improvement for non-performers. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities. Should have knowledge of cloud based payroll software.
