Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive for our Depot operation @ Maduravoyal, Chennai.


Job Description:
This role is responsible for:
1. Receipt of stocks, maintaining accurate stock records, physical verification of stocks, ensuring correct stocks are shipped and dispatched based on orders.
2. Raising invoices based on orders received, arrange for transport of goods and ensuring accurate goods are dispatched on time.
3. Maintaining all records in terms of total depot operations.
4. Good people skills in terms of dealing flexibly with transport operators / warehouse staff/ Sales team of manufacturers etc.

Requirements:
1. Any graduate with good English communication skills including email skills.
2. Computer knowledge is must - emails, office, etc
2. Minimum 2+ experience in a similar role is a must. Freshers / candidates not having relevant experience, please excuse.
