* Person should have working knowledge of XAML, Silverlight or WebAPI
* Person should have Mid-to-expert knowledge in .Net
* Person should have done some Windows 8 desktop apps earlier using windows SDK
* Person having experience with the DISCO teams SDK (Windows Universal Apps SDK) is a big plus.
