Job Description

About 2-4 years experience in a technical support role in a calling process.
Strong in UNIX. Should have good knowledge of UNIX commands.
Should be familiar with putty, wincsp
Windows troubleshooting knowledge.
Knowledge of VMware.
Should have good understanding of Active directory terms.
Basic networking knowledge
Should have used remote session for troubleshooting issues
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ready to work in night shifts and weekend shifts. Even willing to work in a 11 PM shift.
Having some hands on Mac OS would be helpful. If not should be willing to learn.
Should have worked on a SAAS based tool like Zendesk or any other ticketing tool.
Aware of Network attached Storage devices (NAS). just a basic idea should do.
