Role Description: The Zonal Head will be responsible for P&L of the region by leading all Operations, Sales and Academics delivery for existing schools and by new site searches for successive academic years.
Key responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations and management for all existing schools:
- Manage a team consisting of a Dean (who monitors Academics Delivery), Marketing Managers (who carry out sales/marketing for admissions) and Principals (for operational running of schools)
- Administrative / Operational: ensuring smooth operations of the school and resolving any issues that arise from time to time
Academic delivery:
- Parent engagement and interaction to manage expectations
- MIS review and analysis of qualitative review of delivery of Academics
- Content will be provided through a central team
