Job Description

1.Achieve Sales targets and conduct Marketing activities:
By consumer segment, geography, focus on key products, segments, etc.
For each sales vertical – retail, institutional, modern trade, etc.
Planning & monitoring marketing activities, launch events and other sales inputs, etc.
2.Channel Management:
Building & maintain rapport with key dealers
Manage dealer network in terms of width and depth (addition and removal)
Ensure maintenance of retail identity norms, following of processes at dealer locations
3.Collate and provide market feedback on:
a.Product feedback on new introductions
b.Logistics issues
c.Strategy inputs, new product opportunities, consumer needs, trends
d.Competitors’ actions, tactics & track their performance through active M.I.S.
4.Improve customer experience.
