Job Description

Qualifications / Experience:

1. Graduate Degree from a Reputable Institution, preferably in English
2. Very Good Command over English Language, both Written and Spoken ( Persons with least amount of accent will be preferred )
3. Previous experience in Customer Response Center will be highly desirable.

Responsibilities :
1. Follow Up very respectfully with the Clients for swiftest response.
2. Use both Emails and Phone Calls.
3. Other Administrative Functions as will be explained during Training.
4. Report to the US Office on a Daily Basis
5. The work hour will be up to 11.00 AM US EST.
