Choosing the right keywords is the foundation of an effective search. Your keywords should reflect how candidates describe themselves in their resumes.
- Core skills: Java, Sales, Recruitment
- Tools & technologies: Excel, Salesforce, Python

Mandatory & exclude fields
Resdex allows you to structure your search using different types of keywords to control both relevance and reach.
