Interview preparation journey

Application story
After completing my exams on July 1st, I began practicing daily and consistently applying for jobs. However, I wasn’t receiving any responses. I gave many interviews but kept facing rejections—mainly because I lacked professional experience. I always tried to convince interviewers that I could be a good fit for their company and highlighted my internship experience. But most of them responded with, “We don’t consider internship experience,” and rejected me. It was frustrating—everyone wanted professional experience, yet no one was willing to give freshers a chance. How are we supposed to gain experience if no one hires us? After three months of continuous effort without results, I decided to change my approach. I started reaching out to people for referrals. I spoke to friends, their parents, and relatives who were in the IT field. Some knew about vacancies, others didn’t—but I didn’t give up. Finally, after four to five months of persistence, I cracked an interview and landed a job at Aadvik Teklabs as a Trainee. It was a tough journey, but absolutely worth it.
