Interview preparation journey

Journey
When I began my tech journey, I didn’t have everything figured out. But I stayed consistent — diving deep into Python, DSA, and real-world projects that showcased my skills. I also worked on improving my communication and problem-solving abilities. Over time, I built confidence through internships, 100 Days of Code challenges, and hands-on experience with tools like Git, Flask, and SQL. By the time the Accenture opportunity came along, I felt prepared — not just technically, but mentally. This journey taught me that consistency, a learning mindset, and self-belief can take you far. If I can do it, so can you!
Application story
I applied through my college’s on-campus placement drive. The application process began with a registration form, followed by an aptitude and technical assessment. After clearing the online round, shortlisted candidates were invited for interviews. The entire process was smooth and well-organized by both the college and Accenture’s team.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
I was selected due to a strong foundation in DSA and OOPs, along with practical experience gained through projects. I also maintained a clear and confident approach during the interview. My ability to explain concepts effectively and showcase real-world project work helped me stand out. This experience reinforced that consistent learning and smart preparation truly pay off.
