I applied through Accenture's on-campus hiring in 2021 and got the opportunity to interview for the Application Development Associate role. A technical interviewer conducted my TR (Technical Round) interview. After clearing the TR round, I received an invitation for the HR interview.
Application story
Accenture hires around 30-40% of candidates who pass its final assessment round. To proceed with the recruitment process, you must meet the minimum eligibility criteria:
A grade point average of 60% or above in Class 10th and 12th, A CGPA of more than 6.5 in graduation
Why selected/rejected for the role?
I got selected for my problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn new things. These are the qualities that made Ginger Web place its faith in me.

Tip 1: Always keep learning.
Tip 2: Create an account on different coding platforms and solve coding problems on them.

Round 1 at Accenture is an online test consisting of five sections: Mathematical Ability, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Pseudocode, and Puzzles. The total duration of the test is 60 minutes. Each section has a specific time allocated to it, and all questions in that section must be completed within that time. There is no negative marking, but you cannot navigate between questions or sections.

- Explain the LIFO Page Allocation Algorithm.
Problem approach
Tip 1: Just watch previous questions.
