I am a MCA post graduate .I began my coding journey since my higher secondary education and It wasn't that easy for me to crack technical interviews at first. I took 2 months to prepare for aptitude, coding tests and Interview. Coding platforms like Leet code and Hackerrank helped me a lot to develop my coding skills. Preparing is a slow process but it definitely works out at the end.
Application story
I appeared for On-campus placement for Accenture company. There were 112 questions in all throughout the 4 sections of the Accenture placement test. Sections include:
Cognitive Ability: 50 questions must be answered in 50 minutes. Under this, there are three sections:
1- Verbal Ability
2- Analytical Reasoning
3- Numeral Ability
Technical Assessment: 40 questions in 40 minutes. There are questions from:
1- Pseudo Code
2- Fundamental of Networking Security and Cloud
3- Common applications and MS office.
45 minutes and 2 questions for the coding test.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
Yes, I got selected for this role there is no need to worry because their interview process is extremely simple. By remembering a few things, you may easily ace the interview.
Preparation
Duration: 2 Months
Topics: Data Structure, Advanced Data structure, Database Management Systems, Computer Communication Networks, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Engineering.
Tip 1 : Be consistent.
Tip 2 : Identify the role you're interested role.
Tip 3 : Focus more on practically performing technical concepts.
