I planned that I will start learning DSA from the first year but I could not. So, I started DSA from the fourth semester and along with DSA, I also learned development because that is what I wanted to be. By the end of Third year, I was confident in both DSA and development but even then I keep on revising the concepts.
Application story
My friend texted me about this company visiting our campus and told me some of the important questions and topics for its selection process. I applied and participated in its selection process and luckily most of the questions were from the list of important questions shared by my friend. So, I was lucky here.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
I was giving correct explanation for my solutions in the coding round. I also built the optimal solution starting from the brute force algorithm which also added to my points.

Tip

Tip 1 : Practice a lot of programming problems. Participate in competitive programming contests. 
Tip 2 : Make sure you have your computer science fundamentals very clear and maintain a decent CGPA. 
Tip 3 : Do couple of real problem solving projects.

Coding problem2

This was the only technical round held for shortlisted students. Students were divided in multiple batches and each batch was interviewed by a panel of one Technical and one HR interviewer. This round was scheduled on Samsung's internal video conferencing platform which was accessible through windows machine only. This round was based on data structures, algorithms and computer science subject's questions. My interview was scheduled at 2:00pm. Interviewers were very friendly and overall environment was positive.

1. Delete a Node from Linked List

You have been given a linked list of integers. Your task is to write a function that deletes a node from a given position, 'POS'.

Note :
Assume that the Indexing for the linked list always starts from 0.

If the position is greater than or equal to the length of the linked list, you should return the same linked list without any change.
