Only four candidates were shortlisted through resume picking for the interview. Candidates were interviewed by a single panelist, the hiring manager in the evening. The interviewer was based out of UK and was very welcoming. The interview began with brief introductions, then the interviewer questioned me on how confident am I about by DBMS skills. He asked me one or two very basic questions related to it. Then he moved on to brief discussion about the projects mentioned in my resume. The most important and the deciding section of the interview honestly was the set of two data-oriented analytical questions. I could answer them because I had an insight about what kind of data the company deals with and it's field of business.
In the end I was very satisfied with how my interview went and felt confident about it.
