I answered all HR answers according to the company values. Mainly Barclays gives importance on their company values so, before interview I had gone through the Barclays website and read about their work and awards they get. So I was able to answer properly on what you know about Barclays and why Barclays. I will suggest that before going for any interview always go through the company's profile, read about their values and culture as it will really help you.
