I applied through Boeing Off-campus hiring 2022 and got the opportunity to get an Interview for the Associate Software Engineer role. There was a TR interviewer who took my technical interview.
Application story
Boeing hires around 30-40 % of candidates that pass its final assessment round. To go through the Recruitment Process, you have to meet the bare minimum eligibility:
Grade point average of 60% or above in Class 10th and 12th
More than 6.5 CGPA in graduation
Why selected/rejected for the role?
This could be due to a lack of preparation, difficulty in articulating ideas, or not effectively answering the interviewer's questions

Round 1 at Boeing is an online test that consists of 5 sections (Mathematics Ability, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Pseudocode, and Puzzles). The total duration of the test is 60 minutes. Each section of the test has a specific time allocated to them and all questions of that section need to be completed in that specific period. There is no negative marking but you cannot navigate between the questions or sections.
