They schedule a MS teams call and start berifing about company, their achievements goals, salary and training period then they shared a link in chat for the MCQ exam and it was of 20 mints of duration.

There were combination of Aptitude, English, Basic program and some pseudo codes.

In some question we don't need to over think because some times answers are quite simple.
