I had some coding knowledge when I joined college. Then, I was not working on it until my second year, but after two years, I worked a lot on my coding skills. I got many offers and finally decided to join Cisco as an intern in my fourth year. After that, I received a PPO and started working full-time there.
Application story
There was an opening on LinkedIn for Couchbase. I applied directly on their career portal, received the test link, cleared the test, and got an interview invite.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
Rejected, as I was well-prepared for the DSA rounds but did not expect the questions asked in the interview, as they were completely different from a generic interview.
Preparation
Duration: 4 Months
Topics: Data Structures, Algorithms, Aptitude, OOPS
Tip 1: Must do previously asked interview questions as well as online test questions.
Tip 2: Must have a good knowledge of DSA.
Tip 3: Do at least two good projects, and you must know every bit of them.

Design a key-value store database and show how we can optimally store keys.

Design the tail functionality of Linux. The problem was that the RAM was too low, and the file size was much larger than the RAM size.
