Tip 1 : Always prepare for the skills and projects mentioned in the resume. Most of the time questions are asked based on what the candidate has in his/her resume .
Tip 2 : Practice programming and resume skills because you will be tested on them during the interview. Problems given to solve during the interview are of easy to medium difficulty.
Tip 1 : Mention at least 2-3 projects(Try to include projects that you played a major role in and had a good outcome or end result) in the resume or any previous work experience.
Tip 2 : Also mention industry standard certifications if any (for example - Azure , AWS etc). Certifications from Udemy and Coursera are also recognized.
The round was conducted in the morning. The duration was from 50-90 minutes . The round consisted of MCQs and some fill in the blanks type questions. It was conducted online and was of easy to medium difficulty.
The interview in this round was online, The representative of the company went around asking questions about the skills and projects mentioned in the resume. Then some problems were given to solve on the spot. Some project management questions were also asked. The interviewer was polite and clear with the instructions.
Mapping external values to data frame values in Pandas
1- I shortlisted ways to map values to data frames
2-Then I selected the mapping function so that I can insert new values to the data frame.
3- I also was explaining my approach to this problem to the interviewer while I devised a solution for it.
Simple questions about my future plans and my aspirations were asked. It was conducted around 9:30 pm and was over a voice call. The interviewer was polite and clear with the instructions.
