Journey
I started coding in my late 4th semester(yes I was a little late). I started with Data Structures and Algorithms, Web Development, and Android Development. Never lost hope and always remain motivated and ultimately was able to get offers from good product based companies.
Application story
It was an off-campus opportunity. There were a total of 5 rounds in the interview process. The first round was an online round. After this round, there were 4 face to face interview rounds.
The first interview round mainly focussed on Data Structure and Algorithms along with a little bit of development questions from the resume and a little bit of OOPS questions.
The second round again started with a DSA question and a low-level system design question was also asked.
The third round was a managerial round and mainly focussed on projects that were mentioned in the resume and some questions about projects and web fundamentals were asked.
The fourth round was an HR round and mainly focussed on why I want to join InfoEdge, what are my strengths and weaknesses, etc.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
I was able to do well in all the rounds and was also found fit for the role as well.
Moreover what I observed was that they were very specific for this role. It reflected the questions they asked and from the behavior of the interviewer as well.
Throughout I also maintained my calm and made sure to ask the right questions during the interview as well.
Preparation
Duration: 1 year
Topics: Data Structures and Algorithms, OOPS, System Design(LLD and HLD), Operating Systems, Databases, SQL.
Tip 1 : Consistency is the key.
Tip 2 : You should be able to solve Leetcode medium problems consistently.
Tip 3 : At least 2 good projects should be present in the resume.
Application process
Where: Campus
Eligibility: Above 7.5 CGPA in class 10, class 12, and Btech throughout with no active backlogs.
Tip 1 : Resume should be 1 page only.
Tip 2 : Do mention the tech stack of the projects used.

It was scheduled around 6 pm and the test window was open for about 120 mins.
It consisted of various MCQ questions and coding questions as well. One needs to have a decent grip on DSA and core concepts to clear this round. Total 40 MCQs.
