The company came to our college for the Graduate Engineer Trainee position. There were 4 rounds conducted: Resume Shortlisting, JSW Common Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. Around 250 students participated in the drive, out of which 100 got left after the resume screening round, and finally, 10 students got selected after all rounds.

Why selected/rejected for the role?
I was rejected for this role after Group Discussion Round as the students in my group discussion were more strong in debating and communication skills.

I approached the group discussion in a way that is both bad and good, bad for the country but good for the people themselves. As India has a reservation system which offers more facilities and jobs to the people in quota, thus they are left with no other option except to immigrate to other country.
