Journey
My journey has had a lot of ups and downs. I started studying the concepts of DSA in my pre-final year. I believe that studying OOPs and working with system architecture design is something that will help you all a lot. Not just for interviews, but also for many other factors including your industrial training. So my suggestion would be to not just focus on DSA. I mean, yes, it’s extremely important, but OOPs concepts and system architecture hold an equal amount of importance nowadays.
Application story
I applied through the superset portal itself. The process was fairly smooth with no hiccups whatsoever. There was a test post that, included all the topics from basic aptitude to DSA Coding Questions.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
I was selected for this role because I had the right amount of skill set and communication skills that the company was looking for.
Preparation

Topics: Java, DBMS, OOPS, CN, System Architecture Design, OS, DSA
Tip 1: Choose any YouTube video to start from.
Tip 2: Start practicing interview questions, that helps.
Tip 3: Ask your friends to take your mock interviews.
Application process

Eligibility: Above 6 CGPA with no active backlogs
Tip 1: Add at least two projects to talk about in your interview.
Tip 2: Having certifications like AWS cloud practitioner generally helps.

It was a general problem solving round. The interviewer asked me about a few puzzles, questions from computer networks, my projects in the resume, one DSA problem statement, and linear and non-linear data structures.
1. Water Measurement Puzzle: Two Irregular Buckets
If you have two buckets of irregular shape. One measuring 3 litres and another measuring 5 litres. How would you measure exactly 4 liters of water?
Problem approach
Tip 1: Try to think out loud when solving such kinds of problems.
Tip 2: Don’t jump right to the conclusion, the interviewer is trying to understand how your thought process works.
