I got a call from HR team for Sr. software engineer position. My journey of interview is really interesting. After my first round they forget to reply and after a month they call me for the second round and then next day third round and again they take time to reply. In the mean time I got a offer later from other organization and before two days to joining that organization they come again and ask for other round of interview with manager and finally got the offer latter.
Application story
Nothing much to share about that, it is a normal process. My LinkedIn and Nukari profile was updated all the time and getting regular calls for job this is one of them.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
My interview was good, cleared all rounds and they are okay with my knowledge and experience. nothing moe then this.
