I applied through LTI Off-Campus Hiring 2021 and got the opportunity to interview for the Graduate Engineer Trainee role. A Technical Recruiter (TR) conducted my technical interview, and after clearing the TR round, I received an email invitation for the HR interview.
Application story
LTI hires approximately 30-40% of candidates who pass its final assessment round. To proceed with the recruitment process, you must meet the minimum eligibility criteria: a grade point average of 60% or above in both Class 10 and Class 12, and a CGPA of more than 6.5 in graduation.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
I got selected for my problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn new things. These are the reasons why LTI has faith in me.
Preparation

Topics: Data Structures, OOP, System Design, Algorithms, and Dynamic Programming
Tip 1: Always keep learning.
Tip 2: Create an account on online coding platforms.
Tip 3: Do at least one project.

Online Coding Interview

Round 1 at LTI is an online test that consists of five sections: Mathematical Ability, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Pseudocode, and Puzzles. The total duration of the test is 90 minutes. Each section has a specific time allocated to it, and all questions within that section must be completed within the given time. There is no negative marking, but you cannot navigate between questions or sections.

Problem approach
Tip 1: Just watch previous questions.
Tip 2: Do some practice tests.
Tip 3: Learn at least the basics from core subjects.
