Journey
My journey started when I was in 11th grade and chose computer science as a subject. Due to that, my interest in coding and development increased, and I decided to pursue computer science for my graduation. After joining college, I started participating in hackathons and various coding competitions hosted by different platforms.
Application story
I started preparing for my placements and found that Narrato had posted a job listing on LinkedIn for a Software Engineer that suited my interests. After that, I was selected for interviews which consisted of two rounds (one technical and one HR round).
Why selected/rejected for the role?
I was selected as I had prepared for the interviews through various platforms like Codestudio. Also, I had looked for the previous questions that have been asked for this role by the company.
Preparation
Duration: 2 Months
Topics: Data structures, Object oriented programming concepts, SQL, java, python and front end technologies like html,css and js
Tip 1 : Practice coding every day for an hour.
Tip 2 : Revise theoretical concepts.
Tip 3 : Build a good project and resume.
Application process

Eligibility: 6 CGPA
Tip 1: A good project attracts interviewers, so build a good project.
Tip 2: The resume should be short and neat. Try to do certifications if possible.
Tip 3: If you have done an internship, please add that to your resume.

Later, I was briefly asked about my internship, my role, and how I managed conflicts.
I was asked why I am choosing Mindtree and what quality Mindtree has that makes a difference to me compared to other companies.
Later, I was asked whether I am okay with relocation.
At last, he told me about himself and gave a brief introduction about the company, the role, and the salary. He asked whether I have a PAN card.
Problem approach
Tip 1: Do background research and state some facts like the number of employees, the CEO, etc.
Tip 2: Talk about the work culture in their company.
Tip 3: Research their different ethics or features that make them stand out among other companies.
