Journey
My interview process was a great learning experience with multiple stages, each testing different aspects of my skills and personality. Screening Round – In this round, the HR team asked me some basic development-related questions to understand my background and fundamentals. It was a simple yet important step that set the foundation. Technical Round (MERN + SQL) – The second round focused deeply on the MERN stack. I was asked questions on both frontend and backend concepts, along with SQL-based problem solving. It was a challenging round that truly tested my technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. CEO Round – This was more of a discussion round, where I interacted with the CEO. We talked about my journey, goals, and how I could align myself with the company’s vision. It was insightful and motivating to gain such a perspective. Finally, I’m excited to share that I have received my offer letter after completing all the rounds. This journey taught me the value of strong fundamentals, clear communication, and continuous learning. I’m really looking forward to starting this new chapter!
Application story
My journey started when I was actively preparing for job opportunities and exploring different platforms. I received a referral through the PeerUp English Learning app, which helped me stay confident and motivated in my communication, and fortunately, I got shortlisted. From there, I focused on brushing up on my concepts, practicing regularly, and improving my problem-solving skills. This combination of guidance, practice, and consistent effort helped me crack the interview successfully.
