Journey
It was an on-campus drive, and RapiPay was the first company that came during my placement season. I was always excited to join the FinTech industry, so I filled out the form to appear in the recruitment drive. Since it was my first placement-related test, I was very nervous, but I gave my best for the test.
Application story
RapiPay visited my campus and offered the position of Product Engineer with a salary of 9 LPA and a 6-month internship prior to that. The entire recruitment process was very fast, with only one online round conducted, followed by a brief HR round.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
Yes, I was selected. I cleared the online test and then the HR round as well. However, I must say the coding question in the online test was very difficult, and only a few candidates were able to understand the question.
