Trainee Engineer

The first round was an online aptitude/coding test. There were multiple choice questions of aptitude/Logical reasoning, etc. Followed by this was one coding problem which you could answer in the language of your choice. Then there was an offline session where there was another test. This test included of 10 questions related to algorithms and flowcharts. After this there was an HR round where basics questions like "where do you see yourself after 5 years" was asked. Lastly there was an online technical interview for all the people who got qualified in HR interview. In the technical interview, the questions asked were mostly from your CV, projects and experiences. Some important topics were SQL and a bit of Java along with Data Structures. This was again followed by some HR type questions such as "What is the most important value for you in a company?" and "Why do you want to work with us?" After clearing this, I got the offer letter and joined the company.

This was a pool campus drive for IP University. We got a mail about this drive and had to apply online for the same.

I believe I was selected because I was confident throughout the process and prepared properly for the same.
