I first received a phone call from HR.
In that call, I mentioned my experience in brief, my salary expectations, and how I can be a good fit for this job.
Then, a technical interview was scheduled in which I was asked about technicalities (not in much detail) of WordPress. After this round, I had an interview with my team lead. He asked questions about how to handle clients and what difficult I had face previously. He also shared some situations and asked what you will do in these situations. All the interviews were moderate in difficulty. Fluency in English helped me a lot. The interviews were in the evening and on Skype calls.
In this round, I was asked technical questions mostly related to WordPress technologies. The development team head was taking my interview,
He asked general questions related to WordPress such as What is HTML, CSS, Admin Panel.
Difference between production and staging server, etc.
Nearly 90% of the questions were asked properly.
This round was taken by my team lead. He asked me about what experience do I have in handling clients. The other questions were mostly related to project management cycle, Creating scope of work and quote and some WordPress basic questions.
