I graduated from Graphic Era University in 2023. I actively pursued campus interviews and received offers from several companies, although the offer letters were delayed. Undeterred, I explored off-campus opportunities and successfully joined VWITS. In the meantime, I worked as a DSA Trainer, where I visited different universities to conduct training sessions on Advanced DSA. This journey taught me resilience, adaptability, and proactive job-seeking skills. I'm eager to contribute to VWITS' success and launch my career.
Application story
I applied through Naukri.com, and within 10 days, I received an assessment link. About a month later, I got an interview call, which was an online face-to-face interview.
Why selected/rejected for the role?
I demonstrated my passion for coding, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn. My academic background in Computer Science, along with projects and certifications in programming languages, showcased a strong technical foundation. Additionally, my participation in coding competitions and hackathons highlighted my collaborative spirit and innovative thinking. The interviewer praised my clear communication, positive attitude, and adaptability to new technologies. I am also a team player, having been part of several tech and non-tech clubs during my college years, and I served as a Coordinator in NSS.
Preparation
