The HR round focused on evaluating my fit within the company’s culture and understanding my personal and professional attributes. During the interview, I was asked about my background, strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. The interviewer explored my motivations for applying to Yamaha, my understanding of the role, and how I handle various work situations. This round aimed to assess my interpersonal skills, alignment with the company’s values, and overall suitability for the team. It was also an opportunity for me to ask questions about the company culture, team dynamics, and growth opportunities.
