Do you have any experience working as a Cost Accountant?

I am in 3rd year of my engineering, hence I do not have any real world experience. However, my current project work is on Cost Accounting and I also work part time at my uncle's firm. Hence, I gained a strong sense of what its like to succeed in a cost accounting job role.

What challenges do you feel the industry is facing, especially in Cost Accounting?

A range of trending technological solutions like Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning software are in and are changing the face of things. All I can say is that I am truly excited for the challenges ahead and I am ready to cope up and adapt myself to new technologies as a cost accountant. I feel adapting to these technologies is the key to the changing landscape in the industry.

How to use data to prove a point as a cost accountant?

When I was interning at ABC Co. in 2019, a client was struggling with their production costs for nearly a decade. Only after I studied their data and presented the issue visually, the client figure out where to cut down on expenses.
